Refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. We cannot offer after that window. A replacement does not restart or extend it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please use our sizing chart it is a great tool and spot on with sizing. If you have ordered the wrong size, there will be a $4.95 restocking fee, and the incorrect size shipped back. Contact us info@humanconditionclub.com , we will email a pre-paid shipping label via United States postal Service.
